  I hardly come here and when I do I am quickly reminded why I stayed away.  First is the price, I got the Tavern Club a drink and chips $10. The chips and drink is 2.49 add on.  Which would explain why I'm the only person sitting in this really nice place during lunch rush on one of the busiest streets in town.
  
  I will say there was a ton of meat, not a ton of flavor to say oh my gosh. The lettuce was super fresh, but the tomato was pink. I know it's winter, but I've have super red tomato with flavor at another restaurant recently.  Even the meat none of it has a smoky or defined flavor. Been nice if the bacon was warm or even candied. The cheese was a nice fresh cheddar rather then a processed cheese slice.
  
  There used to be another place, which I heard Honey Baked bought out years ago that I used to go to all the time and get a meal box, with chips drink and a fresh baked cookie. I would get the same sandwich minus the bacon. It was a favorite, lots of flavor everything was fresh!  
  
  Well I guess it will be a while before I come back again. Maybe next time I will be impressed to come more frequently.

  Ordered ham and turkey for thanksgiving day ahead of time. This means you get to go in the "priority line" to pick up your order. What a joke!!! Got there and  two lines were formed: priority(people who ordered on line) and regular (meaning the folks that did not preorder). Well, the so called "priority line" was double as long as the regular line. When I finally got to the front of the line (an hour later) they were out of part of my order. The people in the regular line were getting their goodies way quicker, like 30 minutes or more. So what's the point in preordering if you have to wait twice as long and they can't fulfill your order??? Super frustrating!! I'm sure the food is good, but this experience leaves a bad taste!

  Great service and the ham sandwich was excellent. They do a top notch job with presentation and delivering a high quality meal.

  Delicious sandwiches. Turkey is out of this world and bringing home is the best. Love this place, been here many times. Yummy ham sandwiches on various breads. A bit pricey. Get the water and save yourself $2.50.
  Impossible not to like the cranberry sauce with the turkey sandwich.

  Ordered 10 pound ham for Thanksgiving 2017. Gave my sister the receipt to pick up the ham 2 days before the actual holiday. At the store the clerk told my sister that she had a resting bitch face and that she was acting like a bitch. I did not find this out until after my sister left.  The manager was called in to assist and was able to process the order but didn't address the employee. To say that I am disgusted is an understatement. I will be leaving reviews on other websites as well as calling corporate. The manager actually gave my sister a false number for corporate....she was given a number for a substance and metal abuse hotline.
